Greece Odyssey Training Camp with Steve Maxwell

I've written about the rugged Greek island of Ikaria before, as it's a favourite destination of mine. It's a remote part of Greece that most people will never visit, a place without the massive tourist draw of a Mykonos or Santorini. And it's that remoteness that gives Ikaria is charm. From its wine and honey to its mountaintop villages, Ikaria is special. So special, that it's being researched to find clues to the exceptional longevity of its population.
